Great, great film. When it started out, I didn't think his health word deteriorate so quickly. But it did. Spurlock did a great job of documenting what Mick D's can do to you. He also managed to do it in an interesting, informative and yet entertaining fashion. Everyone exposed to fast food should watch this DVD at least once a year.

this movie was awesome. it shows you the truth. all those fast food companies are a bunch of fakes. if everyone in the world saw the movie supersize me, i think that there would be a major decrease in the intake of fast food.

As with most evangelical "documentaries", Spulock must twist reality and engage in unrealistic behavior (purposely making himsefl unhealthy in a way few could or would in the real world) in order to get his point across. Watch if you enjoy comedy, but don't look here for truth.
